Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalised orders. Please make sure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order 🥤
Ready made and non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, providing they are unused, in their original condition and resaleable. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund in these circumstances 🎀
